Biography

Eddie Huang is a distinguished executive leader with nearly three decades of experience spanning logistics, supply chain management, corporate strategy, consulting, and infrastructure investment. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading global organizations to drive business transformation, operational excellence, and long-term growth in rapidly evolving markets.

Eddie previously served as President of Prologis China, where he was responsible for leading Prologis’ China strategy, business growth, investment activities, and customer relationships in one of the world’s most important logistics markets. During his tenure, he played a key role in advancing Prologis’ presence in China’s modern logistics infrastructure sector, supporting customers through supply chain transformation, e-commerce growth, manufacturing evolution, and the increasing demand for advanced logistics solutions. His leadership helped strengthen Prologis’ engagement with China’s rapidly developing logistics ecosystem.

Prior to Prologis, Eddie served as Associate CEO and Chief Strategy Officer of SF Holding, one of China’s largest integrated logistics and supply chain service providers. At SF Holding, he was responsible for corporate strategy, business development, express logistics, freight services, cold chain logistics, and investment initiatives, contributing to the company’s transformation into a comprehensive logistics ecosystem.

Before joining SF Holding, Eddie spent more than 13 years with McKinsey & Company, where he became a Global Partner and played an important role in expanding McKinsey’s China operations. He helped establish and grow the firm’s Shenzhen office and advised major enterprises on corporate strategy, operational transformation, organizational development, and growth strategies.

Eddie Huang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). He has also been recognized as a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network, reflecting his contribution to leadership development and business innovation.
