CEO Associate / CEO Office Specialist

Founded by executives with backgrounds from McKinsey, GLP, SF Express, SSI Schäfer, and Kardex, Rainbow Dynamics is expanding globally across the US, Europe, Japan, and Asia. We are looking for a high-caliber CEO Associate / CEO Office Specialist to work directly with the CEO and leadership team.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone with a consulting or investment banking background who wants to move beyond traditional advisory work and participate directly in building a global technology company.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives, business analysis, and company priorities
- Prepare executive presentations, market analysis, and strategic reports
- Support investor communications, fundraising activities, and strategic partnerships
- Conduct research on global markets, competitors, and industry trends
- Coordinate with international teams across China, US, Europe, and Japan
- Support preparation for customer meetings, board meetings, and executive discussions
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate strategy
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation and communication capabilities
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a top university
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Background
- Experience from firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, Deloitte Strategy, PwC Strategy&, leading investment banks, or PE/VC firms
- Experience working on international or cross-border projects
- Passion for technology, robotics, AI, logistics, and industrial innovation
