Our Projects

Real-world warehouse automation projects designed to improve throughput, eliminate wasted travel, and scale operations without expanding footprint. Each solution is engineered around the customer’s workflow, volume requirements, and growth goals.

Unicharm RDC - Shanghai, China

This is the 2nd project with Unicharm. The site is a pre-built spec site with GLP, featuring 3 levels. The CDC was required to consolidate existing CDSs and distribute to many RDCs.

.

Configuration:

  • 60 Shuttles, 11 Levels
  • 9 levels across 3 floors
  • 39,000 storage locations
    .
    Results:
  • 300% increase from previous CDC
  • Inbound: 140 p/h, Outbound: 170 p/h
  • Peak: 3,000 p/d

BOSCH Taiwan RDC - Taiwan

Bosch is a renowned global brand in electronics and automotive equipment. RackBot was chosen to handle Bosch’s shelf-stored items for picking. This automated solution has the advantage of high density and efficiency.

.

Configuration:

  • 3 Workstations
  • 5 RackBots
  • 6 GroundBots
    .
    Results:
  • 230 bins/hour performance
  • 7,850 bin storage locations

TCM Hasuda - Japan

TCM is Japan’s first specialized manufacturer of forklifts and loaders. The project involves the construction of a self-built warehose and the renovation of an existing warehouse.

.

Configuration:

  • 6 sets of 4D Shuttles
  • 3 sets of lifts
    .
    Results:
  • 1,660 storage locations
  • 150 pallets/hour capacity

Unicharm Warehouse - Japan

Unicharm is an internationally renowned enterprise engaged in production, sales, and service of feminine care and pet care  products. To meet the growing volume, Unicharm decided to construct a full automated high-density warehouse.

  • 7 lifts
  • 18 charging piles
    .
    Results:
  • 10,840 storage locations
  • 200 pallets/hour throughput

Frosts Cold Storage - Singapore

One of the first cold chain 4D shuttle installations in SG (-18°C to -25°C). This systems helps clients maximize the use of limited warehouse space while reducing costly energy for cooling.

.

Configuration:

  • 12 4D Shuttles
  • 4 lifts
  • Warehouse height: 7.2m, 4 levels
    .
    Results:
  • 4,000 pallet positions
